Know your property
No property can be claimed as perfect. There must be advantages and disadvantages thereon. One’s advantage may be another’s disadvantage. Know your property well is one major factor that can help to close or break a deal. Definitely, all of the sellers will enhance the advantages to show case their property and minimize or just neglect to disclose the disadvantages of their property. But not all considered as disadvantages may matter to the buyer. I would suggest to provide more accurate information to the buyers whenever inquired and let them to judge, certainly you can give inputs for them to evaluate it. If a buyer believe you are honest, he is more willing to compromise for disadvantages and find solutions for them. Not telling is lesser sin than lying.
